Yes, it's currently a VRAM issue. But no, not even lowering your settings will help. I did that, and it will only run normal graphics for about an hour before all textures disappears. It seems to me that it's a bad optimization with the latest update. As for the fact that you can't read anything, you may need to go into your graphics settings in game and turn off the AMD Fidelity option. They keep saying that it helps if you turn it off when you don't have an AMD processor, but I've noticed it really doesn't matter. At this point, it's just a "LET ME READ THE TEXT!" toggle switch.
You say that, but I was able to play it on high settings with minimal lag before the update. Now it just randomly chooses when it has textures and changing the graphics settings literally doesn't do anything.
