Let dead players select the ghost type
Playing with my friends, we're trying to iron out the mechanics but in 3 games I've died twice. The first time I had the ghost selected so I got half rewards but if you die before you can lock in a ghost type you can't get ANY xp or money. When it takes a pretty large amount of XP to even sniff another map and equipment is incredibly expensive this is a really dumb mechanic that should've been an obvious holdover from Phas. In a team puzzle that takes TIME to sort out and the risk of death is ever present why punish players for dying before figuring it out?

Well, at least we know where the developers stand on the topic, it doesn't look like the dead being able to select the ghost type is going to happen. We tried..

I agree with the post. It should be more rewarding to do multiplayer stuff. When you starte the game like me as a fresh player it is a hell of a grind to just get level 3 for new maps. As another player mentioned you always need to do the same house and same things over and over again and will not get aheda with progress if you make mistakes or are in the learning curve of the game. Make something like a reward for staying in game and making progress. Loosing all is not very fair, because you use you lifetime in this game. Just give all players a good feeling while playing the game.
You could also for example make it a option, if you lose all the exp and money (for the hardcore grinders). And make something like a group reward so if someone dies he still can participate AND benefit from staying in group and help with findeing things, ghost and helping with the exorcism.
Thanks for reading :) Hope we will see changes because i like the game and would give more time and money to it, ifthe system gets more player friendly.

I agree with all of you. :LIS_star:

I think the system should be more efficient and that a dead player can pick the ghost type and gets reward for the run.
In the moment its not fair and sometimes a bit annoying, because we are beginners and get no money to buy equiment for our other rounds. :CryingGhost:

I think its ok and rewarding for playing this game to get progress, learn mechanics and have a good time in Demo. But progress costs so much real lifetime, because of the hard grind in the beginning.

So I hope a dead player can get money in the future and a little bit exp so a dead player can participating with the whole group more :3

So I wish all Demo players here lot of fun to play with your groups :GhostLoveEyes:

Thanks for the replies guys. At the end of the day no dead player is going to get invested in the rest of the game and complete tasks when there is no/minimal incentive to do so. Design 101
