Missing items

I have been playing the game for a long time and I know all the ghosts, but sometimes I encounter such a problem that objects that are not related to the ghost of Naamah disappear from my hands.

At first I thought it was my inattention, but today I took 2 crucifixes and another object, while I was walking around the house and there was no attack, I realized that I had one cross missing somewhere, I even went around the whole house, but did not find ... Does anyone else have such problems with missing items?

Going from level 3 to 4 I was missing items that I didn't even bring into the house. Not the same I guess. I lost the tripod camera, thermometer and a second emf detector that were still in the place where we pick them up. After guessing the wrong ghost and collecting some orbs I came back to the safehouse and noticed there was no longer a number one next to those items. That's a lot of money lost for a lowly level 3 going to level 4. I haven't played the game very much since.
