FPS Throttling to 60

Having problems with this game, the game starts at 144fps (which is what I'm capable of running) in lighthouse, then after a minute it throttles down to 60fps as if the FPS is capped.

Any clues how to fix this? I don't have V-Sync enabled and I have my FPS limit at 144.

It's due to performance issues. We thankful for the 60 you get.. I barely get 30 to 40 and i freeze every 3 seconds or so.
