Voice chat not working

My mic lights up fine when testing my mic, but players can not hear me in game and I can not hear them. Correct devices are selected.

My microphone works to chat to people in the game but does not work when I use spirit box or anything else

There has been some players with the same issue, that we found their Anti-Virus/Firewall was blocking the games voice recognition software (Used for Spirit Box / Listening to mic while not in use) (Separate from Voice communications). A quick test to see if this is the issue, would be to Close the game, temporarily disable your Firewall (Windows & 3rd party). If this resolves the issue, you should be able to add Demonologist to the firewalls safe software list.

Hi there! the voice communications issue that we had over the last 24 hours has been resolved, and in game voice communications is now working. If you are having technical issues above this, feel free to check out Clock Wizard Games Official Discord here -> https://discord.gg/clockwizardgames

There is a section called "Common Issues and Solutions" that has some troubleshooting steps in regards to Voice Coms & Voice Recognition. If, after going through them you are still having issues, you can create a Bug Report, and I will try to work with you directly, to get you up and running.

Voice has been down for almost 5 days now and I have not run into a single player who has been able to resolve this issue. Clearly a game issue and not a user error.
