Question about Custom Mixtapes

So I noticed there was a option to add in custom mixtapes into the game by loading an riq and I tried it out by loading a riq file that was made on "Heaven Studio" which loaded the audio from it but nothing plays in the minigame the game chooses.

This made me wonder if there is documentation or a software that lets you make custom mixtapes for the demo since I usually like to mess around and make custom charts on some rhythm games but I'm not sure if it even is available yet. (Considering that the $200,000 goal wasn't reached)

If there is any documentation on how to make one for the demo, that would be cool!
