Nothing new since the Realms Rebuild update! No new action activities to do, no biomes, no fixes in the animation department.

All the new mechanics and things to play with, although extras are always nice, feel out of place and unnecessary in an early access version of the game. I hope that when the game comes out of early access in Q1 2025, it will include Nightingale, as it was the main selling point for me. Yet, there hasn't been even a rumor about it.

On the other hand, with all the sunflower farming and umbrella gliding, it feels even more disconnected from the dark, gritty Fae survival game I was expecting. It's turning into more of a Marysville sunflower and rainbows kind of game, but I guess there is a market for that these days.

Once more, this update has led to even more loss of identity for me. The game I spent money on is slipping further and further away, replacing the dark fantasy setting with a more cheerful, happy, blue and purple bear dance parade. Good luck with your game I hope you can still make it worth my time in the future.

Ps.
Building timed events as extra content is not something we need. Instead, we need content for the game and the fixing of existing bugs and problems. Adding content that goes away after a few months keeps players gated behind a grind, and that's not fun. That's the fundamental problem with this game the grind is no fun.

Yes, there is auto farming now for low tier materials, and I guess it will go up to max tier in future updates, but where is the fun in that? It only means that the game will feel even more pointless, or is that the point where you will start implementing the action and survival aspects of the game after a development cycle of 3+ years ?

They specifically talk about Nightingale and what they're doing to bring it to the game in at least two of the DevBites and the last two live Dev Q&As, they've shown us art, and talked about a top level idea of how it works, what they want it to be, and how it will be paced into the game after the Watch, but sure, they've completely avoided talking about it and given us nothing.

As for your PS, they're regularly bugfixing and patching issues. There was even a hotfix last night where servers came down to address things from the patch.
As we can have one cairn per realm, can each cairn have 15 survivors each? Can we assign survivors to a cairn that isn't activated as our estate? Thanks!

Please implement voice acting for NPCs that we can recruit. Please give them lore and let us go on voiced quests with them to experience an adventure with them.
Also implement voice acting for the quest NPCs and traders.

Right now, you're bang on point, community build events, time limited holiday cosmetics and some QOL that should have existed in the first place.
Knowing Devs these days it won't even make the patch notes when they finish "Nightninggale City", the watch is essentially "New Game Plus" by the time you get there; really a centralized city would be welcome earlier in the progress, just to have a stable supply of goods for going round, even if it was some kinda alternate reality that had vendors that weren't human...the realms open up a lot of mysterious possibilities in lore...
The city should act as a faction and quest hub with voiced narration to send you out in the realms to do quests in points of interests with voiced companions.
You could gain reputation and set up outposts in the realms for factions to take over the realms with towns that have voiced NPCs and traders.
You could then do quests to supply them.
And you could be send in Storied Realms to progress the Storyline of Nightingale City.
Nightingale City should be human though, maybe with fairies.

You need to go to Gloriana's Tears, from there you need to climb to the very highest point for me it was the towers on the massive bridge, get to the very top of those with climbing picks, then toss the snowball.
Can anyone tell me how to build the resource automation stations? I cannot figure it out on my own! I have been so looking forward to getting the kids out of that hole in my Abeyance for so long! I have felt really bad for them...especially since my build is in eyesight.... Looming over them with promised comfort... I have been loving the update! Great Yule fun! All Hail the Yule Goat!

And have them live in our gigantic houses so they don't feel so empty! Now we need couches for sure!

Phenomenal update! Now if we could only get a free cam while building, that would be absolutely amazing!!
I can't get the snow ball throw to update either. I've tried Welks from the highest floating platform, nothing. I've tried turning Welks into winter wonderland and doing it in case the sun melted my snow ball before it can hit the ground if that is even possible, nothing. I've tried what another person said worked for them, by throwing into the well from the 2nd platform, nothing. Oh well, I'll try again after another patch, done messing around with snow balls. Good Hunting all!
I tried Tears too like Kitten said. Nothing. Thanks for the ideas, maybe it will be fixed someday. I'm done with this until I read it's fixed. Just surprised something like this was not caught before they released it.....Good Hunting all.

you have to unlock them in the Tier 1 structures, then just Buil Mode - Estate Structures
