EDIT: Oh wait - you mean once your character is created is there a way to go back and Edit? My bad, I haven't tried - do not now. Leaving below for others who dont have 3 hours in game. LoL.


Yes - fairly extensively. The FIRST Thing you do is create a character profile, you could spend a lot of time customizing the look.

I need to re-edit the character, but don't know how. Somehow the voice became female for my male character...

You can only at character creation as far as i can tell.

I love the game, but i think and will suggest that some kind of barber table is made, that allows you to redo your character appereance.

they mentioned them adding more hairstyles etc in future so surely we wont restart game just to pick them. like the tattoos that are not in game yet.

From the character selection screen you can 'Edit Appearance'
