Folks are stuck in early 2000s it seems.
You should be able to force "fullscreen" via Engine.ini or GameUserSettings.ini if you search for it, it's the same for all Unreal Engine 4/5 games in general.
i dont like how you change the main gaming experience we all knew for decades now and call us "behind the time" .
Don't change what works - its that simple.
This is the first time ever someone calls Fullscreen mode "outdated" - LOL

What the heck is wrong with you? Do not make random claims and complaints if you do not understand how things work. The fullscreen feature has declared a legacy feature by Microsoft. Game developers act accordingly, nothing more, nothing less.
