There are no Tier 4 creatures in the game as far as I know highest realm is 220? and they just have tier 3. I guess you could class the Vault bosses as Tier 4 but as they drop nothing (except the chests) its not really relevant.

You'd have to go to a T4 realm, and in theory there should be T4 creatures there.
Of course, the devs may not have implemented T4 creatures yet, because currently the only way to even get a high enough realm score for that requires really amping up the realm difficulty.

Considering The Watch is just a waystation, I expect we will get new cards in the future that will amp up the realm power even more and thus spawn in tier 4+ creatures

The highest things in the game creature wise are humbaba in the ascended hunt realms, or Jana in the swamp vault.

Most of the tier 5 materials for wood and metal add +30% to stats. Humbaba and Jana will drop meat, bone, and hide with similar stats. They're not labelled tier 5, but the stats are consistent with other materials.

Jana has higher bonuses. If you want to farm Jana materials, just do the vault at the watch. You don't get higher materials if you run the 220 version solo. Materials don't drop from bosses corpses, they're always in a chest at the end near the exit portal. In the watch version, huge chance the boss is dead before you even reach the chamber (people will one shot it with high level firearms), and you just run across the big room and scoop up the rewards.

Then tier 3 is the highest currently. You'll have to wait until the game gets expanded for T4 and T5 hides.

The more important thing is not how its labeled, its the stat value and which gs is the endresult (gs is like a flat stat multiplier). For the gs only the highest used piece counts. So if you use also other kinds of mats like metal you can use f.e. the highest metal ingot you have and everything else could have whatever you want.

But for the question, T3 is the highest tier for animal parts (but results in the same gs like T5 fibre).

to craft best in slot items you can't use px materials that give life for an item with damage stats.you must use matterials that give damage.you will not get life from this item(although you have used materilas with life)because it is not in its stats.i hope i explained what i wanted to say(not my mother language).

Its clear, that you look for the best way for meele damage on head and gloves, in case of fibre its the beezboar T3 meat. All i want to say, is that there is only T3 meat/hide/bone. And you only have to look for the highest %, regardless what tier the mat is (f.e. T4 fibre/wood has often the better stats as T5). To get the highest gs result for the crafted gear (to get the flat gs bonus) you only need one part of ingrediences at highest tier.
