Finished the main story - No winchester on essence vendor

Tittle says it all I finished the main story but I can't seem to find the Winchester blueprints. I've checked all of the essence vendors in the watch but I don't seem to have those blueprints available. Is there something that I need to do specifically to get them to be available?

If you mean the old winchenster, it has been renamed “rugged lever action rifle” after the september update, and is available in the tier two tools tab in the progression menu.

if you're talking about lever action rifles in general, they're all available in the progression menu except for the masterwork lever action, which is available at the watch after finishing the city quests.

Some weapons aren't available after the realms rebuilt update. We may see them re-added as even higher tiers then the "masterwork" tier 5 weapons.

They could add tier 6, 7, 8, etc. And tier 10 could be "exalted masterwork" or "perfected masterwork". There's still plenty of room for expansion.

all pre-RR weapons (lee metford, éclair paradox, webley, chassepot etc.) are present in the game but renamed rugged or refined weapons
