Locally backing up and restoring Player Hosted Realm SaveGames ?

We are playing and joining on Player Hosted Realms and now I wonder how to back up and if necessary restore our Realms & Bases as in where exactly are the Local Save Games stored ?

Is everything stored at "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\NWX" or are there also other locations and files involved ?
