Pie for Holiday Update

So, I unlocked the Pie (looks like pumpkin pie). Is there a specific cooking station i need for it?? My group and I have all the refined stuff and the pie does not show up in the things i am able to make. Has anybody been able to make it?? And if so, do i need the higher quality than the refined cooking station?

Don't we have to play a winter card in that realm in order to get the stuff to show up? I was going to make snowballs and couldn't find them in any menu, but some of the text implied that it's only with one of the winter cards active. Makes sense, or the snowballs would melt.

How to throw the snowball? Or use like grenades? Do we need a higher tier item to do that above tier 1?
