Charm, Infusion & Enchantment = 54;
Charm, Infusion & Enchantmentx2 = 62;
Also Protip: You can ditch the Mining Pick once you get your CLIMBING picks over 50; they can mine too at the equivelent level of a mining pick. Really there's no reason to waste a hotkey on them.
Also Not all of the materials at the same tier are rated equally ime. There really is an air of experimentation to the system.
For the Hatchet/Picks/Scythe, there is a common confusion, but it's the NUMBER next to the tools icon (e.g. 48) that has to exceed 50. After Applying an Infusion, an Charm, and an Enchantment (spell) to your level 48 hatchet it should boost it's level high enough to preform cutting of that 50 wood allowing progress.
Also note: Higher Tier Tools can fit more than 1 spell (upto 3 infact, at end of upgrades), So if you need to boost a tool that you already have all three on try crafting one that can actually support a second enchantment (spell)
