Report a translation problem
I used Animal Fibre made from any kind of fish after seeing someone else mention that it currently adds no specific coloring to crafted items. Make it with the Tanning Station, then turn it into thread with the Textile Station, then Cloth and Lining.
After applying a charm and a T3 infusion to each piece, they are now all at 103 for gear score.
After applying T4, they will be level 136, except for breeches.
I used Jabberwock fabric and thread (from the meat) to get the red for the Jolly outfit.
