CANNOT for the love of me find "Fabled Automaton Bishop"

Legendary or whatever tracking spell doesnt work, none of the 2 swampy realms or the desert realm have shown any signs of spawning the "Fabled" version, I've only ran across "Automaton Bishop" and those only drop Snapdragon oil. What the heck am I supposed to do??

It's in the Swamp Gauntlet Realm. There's a large stone arena with a white and gold statue half collapsed over it. You'll find him lamenting the lost opportunities of a failed youth a small business loan that never came in.

Those you can visit from the Crossways. The last three in the round (with 1,2 and 3 horizontal Lines in the Symbol). The Bishop is in the very large Structure you can see from the start (i think)
