Vault location (the letter for E.A.P)

Can not find the Hallowed Moor vault, it's "under a certain mound"
Post patch map, less helpful than before

For me it was the northern bunker entrance on that map.

So, I was on my way to the bunker when I noticed I had the letter, but I didn't pick it up.
eh?

Did the quest resolve? I found it vague as well and just went to that one bunker on a hunch and found it as a yellow glittering lore thingy at the end of it.

So I am not sure if it is that particular one, or if it can be another bunker on the map. I also don't know if you can find it before receiving the quest or not.

Yeah, got the reward, and the quest has moved to completed in the journal.

IIRC there are two bunkers on in the south is blocked off and the one in the north is open.
I didn't pick it up early and I had the quest 0/1 after the build part of the quest, but after I posted here it suddenly had quest 1/1 .
Weird.
