Where to find flax ?

Do you know how to collect flax seeds or flax fibers please?

According to the glossary, flax must be found in swamp biomes, but I have never found any...

I've done every swamp from Genesis to Complex Ingenuity, should I have seen any already?

Or should I go to a higher difficulty?

have you tried herbarium swamp
from what ive seen apparently its a buggy resource
but some are saying its a removed resource and some have only found seeds

I believe it was changed to Cotton.
The only cloth I have been able to find in the locations that previously had Flax have Cotton now.
It has the huge durability that flax had so I assume it was changed.

Atm all non food, non area (swamp, forest, desert) fibre sources give crude if encountered in the wild or farmed. Still can find versions of them in seed, fibre or refined form at the POIs. Since this is supposedly from swamp I'd say you try each of the ascended swamps until you get one of those versions from those POIs. It will be a specific realm type you need, can't say yet which one myself as i only just started testing this myself. Though once you do find it just keep running through and resetting till you have the amount you want. Or wait and hope they fix this.
