new bombs ?

I saw the character throwing bombs in the latest patch video, but i can't find how to get the recipe, any help pls ?
And also new quest givers, do you know where they are ? i already completed the whole realms and have all the recipes, watch included, where do i need to return to get some more ?
Btw, the new patch is very interesting, i think to create a new fashion set, cause my stam dropped from 270 to 120 and health upped from 1500 to 2000, making a better balanced stuff will be cool.
And the last question, is the last tier backpack in the game ? mine doesn't more than 213, am i wrong somewhere ? all my other stuff is 273-286.

One of the quest givers was in a forest abeyance I believe? Wherever you get that first set of missions. She gives you the blunderbuss recipe if you have completed all the tasks from the other NPC there.

Also, for the back packs idk, but you can now equip all of your gear with weight limit + infusions. I went from 600lb weight limit before update, to 1472 now. All blue, mid game NTTC gear.

I don't think you'll ever need more than that honestly. I was able to completely farm an ascended forest abeyance out with that. All t2+ trees, fibers, ores picked up in one trip. The amount of materials we can haul now is insane.

I believe you can find the grenade quest giver in desert antiquarian.

Right now the highest level clothing sets do not have a backpack.

Desert Antiquarian - Essence vendor sells the recipe & an NPC will give you one genade for a quest (the TLA named one) [needs constant reparing]

how do you equip the grenade satchel to use it on the challenge, but i don't understand the quest.

Put it in slots 6-10.
Use F to throw them when you have selected them.
Use repair on the satchel to reload it. (amount of grenades in the satchel increases as you raise the tier with upgrades)
Kill 20 animals/Bound with grenades to complete the quest. She says it is best to kill groups but it doesn't matter just kill 20.
