I need the location for Victor Frankenstien.
I've completed some of the quests and now all my logs showing his location are gone.

Can someone give me the location please?

Yes, that is where I found him. On top of a butte I think.

I couldn't find all the items before I reset the portal though, so did not finish the quest. I don't feel too bad though, as I peeked at what rewards you get. If I'm not mistaken, nothing I can't do without.

Southwest-ish from the portal that you start from, on top of a large mountain with a tower on it. You can just about see it from where you zone in.
