There are other hats. You unlock one I think at the T1 trader. Another 2 at least on the T2 trader. The T1 is not really better, but looks better. I'll make the T2 ones soon and see if they are any good.

Yeah more outfits in game in the beginning would be nice. New games seem to always miss this point. Many outfits should all be created (by devs) and accessible when the game releases or gets into Early Access imo. That is a seller for me. But that is me.

Look for the NTTC bundle and jaunty bundle in higher realms. NTTC adds bowler hats, and jaunty adds a tophat.

Oh, yeah i know that there are other hats but just haven't seen any in the traders i've looked so far so maybe I missed it. I'm at the T2 desert herbarium realm currently being the highest realm i've seen but haven't checked all the traders yet.

yeah no i can't endure these gamers playing on twitch. drops or not, i just can't. do. that. watch streams of games that are informative and guides and such on youtube but not just watching someone play a game - that's not entertainment. :P

True. but i think it's also a driver for progression right? I mean some of the incentive in games are to get the better armor, whether that's appearance or power.. I wasn't really complaining that there aren't enough, but just wondering when... my character's turban is all sweaty and growing things now ... XD seems like a long time though.

Took me awhile to figure this out (I'm on T2 forest herbarium now), but there are traders next to AID quests. Those traders suck. They have mostly just stuff that you can buy to finish that quest. Go to the trader all by itself, not next to the quest. This is the one you want. I found one on the forest herbarium that had two types of hats.

We gave up nice gear for pelts. Just seems wrong. And that wrong lasts way too long. Shouldn't have to watch some screaming u tubers lookin for likes to get the gear that should have been in the game. Has no one else wondered about that? Even just a little? Next thing you know there will be great Edwardian gear for RMT. I give it 6 months. There is something about this game that makes me cynical. Could be the trailers and the game have so little in common with one another.

This. I've never actually watched anything for any of my drops. Just turn it on and open a new tab. It's already auto muted

I started to but after awhile i couldn't figure out if i was supposed to do something to claim the drop or if it would notify me in game or on twitch so i just gave up.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The stuff becomes obsolete pretty quickly after Herbarium (except the puppy).
