Network Error

Are the servers down? I keep getting a network error and I can't get past the main menu.

keep trying. It happens all the time to me and I'm able to get in after a while.

Around the same time as the OP, I was playing earlier and went to the Gloom ship to see how it was. Went through the barrier and the the first two enemies charged me. but they kept running and into the wall like it was lagging. Then I realized I was unable to change weapons or really do anything but move. After a few seconds it booted me with the network error. Was not able to join again for a few minutes as I'd get the network error every time. After a bit it let me in so I ran all the way across the map to the Gloom area again. One odd thing I noticed is that my follower was with me but walking around outside of the barrier was another copy of the same NPC. Couldn't interact, of course, since you can only have one. I got ready and went through the portal again. This time I killed the first two enemies but the same thing happened as the first time. I'm guessing about 30 seconds or so after going through the barrier I couldn't switch equipment or do anything but move followed by the network error and getting booted. Wasn't able to rejoin again just like before.

thats the same for me, I tryed the network fixes but nothing helps.. the games as been great for my first 39 hrs.. now this.. anyone got an answer? thanks

Some of the servers seem to crap out from time to time. When it happens and you were playing that character at the time be ready for a rollback as well.
