How do you get through force fields?

I thought it was gear score but i have a gear score of 42, cant get higher at mo and cant visit some of the dungeons in my starting realm the forcefields bounce me back.
I read it may be hope score, which is 611. i cant see how you find the requirements for the dungeons?

Yeah, the force fields are gear score locked. Go visit some other higher tier realms, gather higher tier materials, build some augments for your workshop, and keep raising your gear score. Don't forget to buy your recipes at the essence traders.
