Anyone know how to get/make those?

There will be a recipe for healing powder that you get through progress. I don't know if you can get a recipe for the actual potions, but you do find them in chests in ruins and around the world.

You need the alchemical boiler. One of the traders sells the recipe.

All Potions are available in-game, from various Realmic Essence Traders, but centrally from the Consumables Essence Trader in the Watch.
Sizes vary from Slight < Moderate < Great < Prodigious. Some give direct effects, others, percentages, and still others ticks per Minute or second. Most of the Direct Potions seem to only refill what is missing/used, where the others are effect-over-time.
Healing (Health)
Restful (Stamina)
Abramelin (Magic)
Sprinter's (Speed)
Purifying (Maleficium Resistance)
Rejuvenating (Health Regen & Stamina Regen)
Frosted (Fire Resistance & Environmental Resistance)
Strengthening (Maximum Weight & Injury Resistance %)
Veiled (Stealth Rating %)

Pretty sure there are charms or infusions ( I forget which) that you can put on your gear that heals. It's not amazing but I never really invested in magic power or anything like that so it may get more effective. What I did do certainly helped reduce downtime between fights but it wasn't something I could use to stay alive indefinitely in serious combat or anything.

If you like potions then great but just don't forget the other option and magic doesn't need constant crafting. I think I got lots as loot but that's a pretty unhelpful comment as I do not recall where I got them exactly sorry.
