How to craft oil (fen bass)?

What materials are needed and where to get them? I've been running around the antiquarian swamp for two hours now

you need to fish for fen bass in the swamp, 2 fish per oil

ps ignore the stamina and the other yellow bar. Just keep your left mouse button pressed and keep the tip of your fishing rod pointed at the red fish health bar. Then it's pretty easy.

It is available to craft on Refined Mortar Station or Refined Tanning Station. I assume you have to obtain a recipe from a trader or loot but on this I'm not sure.

If it's for the quest, you will need to catch 16 fen bass. I caught mine in a swamp. They can be crafted into oil at a couple crafting stations.

You need to catch Fen Bass fish (Swamp Area) and you'll be able to covert it to oil at the mortar station/tanning station workbench
