Its random. He's a huge rooted tree, and when you get remotely close to him, you will get the boss health bar indicator, same with all bosses. You simply cannot miss any boss because of the boss health bar popup.

Find the track legend enchantment from the desert provisioner trader and put that on a tool to track it. You can put more than one spell on an item and switch them by holding r.

Its an enchantment for tools etc

and...anyone knows what the normal eoten heart do? found some in the early game, it has stats but no till now i found 0 recipe that uses it, what kind of type is that item

I'm on Forest Hunt and I can't find that stupid tree, running around for 3 hours, closed the portal, restarted the game...
Oh you can reset the realm... that seems to work

with normal eoten heart you craft spells later on, spells which actually suck alot but at least we have some use for the heart lol

So I got the track legend enchantment from the trader but it is not showing up in my refined enchanter's focus to craft. I checked at the trader again to make sure I actually got it and it says owned. Anybody else experiencing this problem?

You can just use your spyglass as well to locate one; I found mine near the center of the map, not sure how far they roam. I haven't used any enchantments and I'm done with all of the quests.

Edit: When you get close, you'll get the red boss header with its name on screen. You may have to circle the large tree to see the offering point.

it needs an augment. go to crafting and look at the enchantment, it will show the crafting table and a list of augments, just pick one, double click to start building it

I have the same issue.. giving it one last try then will reset the realm.

EDIT : does it say Ancient Eotin in the telescope?

Edit2: oh yes it does .. of course i had to accidentally hit it when a spider jumped at me before i could give the gift.
