why is it permanently destroying my base and cutting down all the trees around me?

i hope this thing disappears on other realms.. -.- its super annoying.. i want to leave trees around my base for decoration.

I think that thing respawns resources. I'm not sure however. Bad luck if you constructed your base on it's path.

i thought this thing is following me all the time... every 10 minutes it runs across my base and cut down all trees..

I LOVE that thing. Free lumberjack. I run around and scoop up the wood it knocks down every time I see it. I've decided there's only one of them, and I've named him "bob".

I built my base in a clearing, it's never gone near it. Just patrols through the forest around it.

The pawns and rooks do same thing. I haven't finished the tutorial but I like their drops.

you sadly built your base near its corpse, you should see big big antlers in the ground thats where it roams the lands, at least thats what i found out
