I dunno. I was able to make a pretty attractive lady and gent. You just need to fiddle around with the sliders. It's not very intuitive, but once you get the hang of it you can make some good looking characters.

why does anyone even care so much about goofy character creation in games? I had zero issues creating my BarrackOhhBuckwheat. Basically, defaulted to it and left me enough time to refund it when I saw things that actually mattered - that impacted the gameplay - that I didn't like.
