Sensitivity is on the high side by default for my tastes, but that is adjustable.

Yeah, I had that too, I think it just is missing an interface option for a controller. Seeming how it is a show, not a deal breaker because many other games you have to switch to keyboard anyways to split stacks or sell certain amounts.

On the bright side, at least it has controller support, I had to pass on Satisfactory because of no controller support (non controller games give carpal tunnel issues.)

I am not having any problems with controller. I turned sensitivity from 7 down to 2 though lol, guess im getting old.

same here. using ps4 controller on pc. so far, so good, but at NPC menu, i need the mouse to switch to the left side of their menu, after that i can do everything with controller.

Combat is fine, but the menu needs work. It bugs out from time to time where you can't scroll the inventory or select some options and as mentioned on the NPC merchant screen you can't select things.

^ This... Not sure why so many say they're fine... It's not, the controller support is horrid. You literally need to use the mouse for a good bit of stuff. And the controller support they do have is clunky. In no way intuitive and does not flow very well.

So, I've been upset with Nightingale for these controller issues as well. After thinking about one of them for a minute, I came up with a temporary solution for scrolling in menus specifically. Until the devs fix it, you can go to your controller settings in the game's steam library menu and change one of the controllers button functions. We essentially have 2 buttons that open up the player menu, the back and start button (inventory and guidebook). I changed the start button command from "start" to "mouse scroll down". This by itself does nothing, so adding another command on top of it, which is "controller left stick click", will allow you to scroll menus that otherwise wouldn't. The cost of the other menu opening button is negligible, and an added bonus is that you can use your star button to switch weapons/tools but also sprint.

Controller smoler.

Should be a law against them.

I play satisfactory with the controller, have to set up in steam first. its easy
It's actually really great. Fully functional? No, but functional enough. The only iffy thing is menus... Other than that it's great. They have wheels for hitbars for Quick selection of you hold the hotbars buttons in. Everything can be done with controller. Just bugs in menus such as nit being able to scroll properly or it doesn't work in the menu but its minor. Better To use mosu in those menus anyways since there is a lot to get through
