Augmentations not working.
as the title says some augmentations are not adding the new crafting options they should be. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Is it on a crude stone wall? There was a bug where it didn't work on those.

I have found that you have to destroy and rebuild the crafting station, then it worked.

That would be why, yes.

Maybe. Sounds to me like it's just not updating properly or frequently enough to detect your closest augments. Rebuilding it would work I guess as it forces an update. Moving it might work too. Zoning would have the same effect. Just a thought.

Also, to add insult to the injuries imposed by the pretty awful augmentation system, higher level augments will make lower level ones redundant so be prepared to move them about a bit. Gives you something to put in those 99 other empty buildings.

Augments do look quite nice out on the porch or off in a pile somewhere else out of LoS. Never seen a system so unhelpful for players. It's a mystery some dev somewhere didn't just say no, that's really not acceptable. Oh well, guess that's what EA is for. System badly needs a scalpel taken to its overcomplicated self.
