I'm glad to hear it's being looked into! I wonder if setting the launch options to make the game not identify the system as a steam deck, SteamDeck=0 %command%, might be a temporary workaround?
I'll be picking up Nightingale later today and will see if that works; depending on what's keeping offline mode from working on the Deck, that might provide some insight into how to solve the issue.
IT might Work with Steam Deck ! I am playing this on my Lenovo legion ans my Asus rog Ally and its great !
Oh and btw... The Performance ist now much better !
People are hateting and argueing about nothif again... Need to Post this so everyone knows how IT works...
I gave the launch option a try and while it didn't present the message stating offline mode isn't available on the Steam Deck, it instead wouldn't work in general. The game launched to a screen attempting to sign-in then after a while it times out.
Still, I don't mind waiting for the issue to be resolved, thank you again!
It is also WAY faster than the online mode.

No waiting for home realm to be ready so you can go home.
Portal open more quickly.
Loading your save is quicker.
Buying items from traders by quickly clicking F is so much more quicker. Hopefully a way to bulk buy in future updates.
