In general, I like the realm progression aspect but...

I just wish there was some compelling reasons beyond just gear leveling to it. I'm nearing level 100 gear and still in a crude hut with shoddy walls. The quest system has been solely focused on gear progression and has little to do with "getting the human race" back together.

I didn't want to leave this in a review because it is still early access and I believe the game has some solid aspects that are worthy of people investing their time and money into playing, but if this game wants to be *great* then I hope there is some focus on rounding out the reasons why the realms exist and why we have all the recipes.
