Will I find sloped roof parts later in the game?

So I finally bought the advanced roofing from the traders thinking even if I couldn't have a rooftop courtyard (no sloped walls) I could give my home less of a square look. Only all the roofing pieces I unlocked are 1 square shapes and my home is 3 by 3 so either I build it /\/\/\ or ------ there's no /\ or /-\ shape option as there is no basic slope roof only flat or triangle. I'm assuming I can find sloped roof parts later as the half gable seems like its meant to go with one but can anyone confirm/deny if I'll find them later as right now the advanced roofing parts aren't really useable for me.

Most building parts sets are spread across multiple unlocks, which come from different realms. One of those should be an "advanced roof" set, which will have peaks, corners, valley, and gable pieces.

If you go to the crafting recipes tab, you can scroll down to a section that shows traders, and it will list what every single essence trade in each realm combination has available. Will NOT show if you already own it. But it does show that for a specific blueprint, you'd need to go to (for example) forest gloom, or desert astrolabe, etc, etc.

That's the issue I've gotten the advanced roof but it has no "sloped roof" to join the ends of the building.

See how the peaked roof doesn't work with the gable end and is utterly useless if I want to cover all three squares.

you're using the wrong piece. look for 'angled roof' then snap one on both sides and the the peaked roof will snap to those.

Ah thank you that was what I was wondering, I don't have an "angled roof" yet so I'll need to keep looking for a way to unlock it to finish my house.
