Report a translation problem
You can see what augment stations are required by looking at the recipe in the guidebook.
The stuff you might think is decor is actually augments for the workstations; wheelbarrow, sawhorse, etc. You build them the same way you build everything else; press B, then select them from the list on the left.
Again: check the guidebook to see what augments are necessary to make the items you want to make, and ensure that those are the closest items to the workstation you need to build the item on.
This game is one of those that requires a little more mental effort, that's all.
Stop skipping the tutorial info. Read everything. If in doubt, read it again.
If you still don't get it, look in the guidebook so you can read it a third time.
OR
More likely, you didnt scroll all the way down. The recipee is not placed with the other tools you can craft, if you keep scrolling down the list in your bench to the "decor recipees" there are more things to craft there.
