I think the main thing that differs is the stats they give. Also note that the value when you craft them is a starting point and increases as you enhance them and add infusions and magic. Something that crafts @ 143 initially ends up around 276 - 291 with all mods.
I cannot be sure but from reading some descriptions on the vendor it would seem that mystic is very much magic focused so I passed on that. I use my Druidic set and that seems fine for general wear. I made a pair of herm. boots and was sad about the stats so I bought druidic after that but in hindsight even the druidic boot stats aren't ones I find terribly useful so maybe that was a bad item to base my choice on.
There is something called nightingale_lab.com that shows some stats but I only looked briefly and it did not appear complete yet. I didn't really follow what the stats they showed meant. The values seemed odd so there must be more to it than I cared to look into but if the actual stats are correct it should give an idea of what they are good for even if you can't easily assess the final value. Must be some form of base value shown. I dunno. Maybe you could look there for clues though.
I don't know about umbrellas but since you don't really do a lot with them apart from glide or hide from the sun and rain I didn't really bother investigating which is 'better'. I am not going to be in combat much with it up so I didn't care. I grabbed the first one I saw and it was fine.
The bundles made no sense to me. Stuff was here, there and anywhere so I just grabbed whatever till I got a full set.
I think a big difference is that some are dresses and some are pants and shirts so just beware of that.
Very odd system.
If you click the little down arrow on the end of the items name when in the purchase window it will expand the tree and you can assess for yourself what is there.
Good luck.
Thanks so much for pointing out about the arrow, very useful.
I have been using this site, somewhat useful https://nightingale-labs.com/nightingale/items/gear/
