I have been trying to complete this quest for ages No luck at all.

I know she's located in Swamp-Antiquerian realm but still cant talk to her.
Actual quest: Sun Giant Expert Can be found in Swamp-Gloom Realm but there are only DANU (troll)
I have acquired pellucidic etched ingots 20+ pcs.

Anyone?

Did you craft the Curio? I can see from your screenshot that the Mission is still active. Some craft lines cant be skipped over. Otherwise, if you haven't already, close out the realm and the game to see if its a bug.

actually if you go to your abeyance realm and talk to wilheima sasse she will have a clue where you will find the sun giant expert, and btw just press J and there is everything explained where u can find some clues about these rituals, always when you obtain the ingredient go to the nelly bly and then straight to your abeyance realm to wilheima sasse, she will always has some rumours about the specials, so Read careful :P don't skip

The purpose of gathering these ingots is to open the portal to the Watch.
So how do you have 20+ ingots?

I'm currently bugged. I fought the eoten and got the hear. And have the mission to talk to ludivine. But it just says "Oh legba. I did everything I could..." Then the conversation ends.

In that conversation is where there should have been a conversation to start with the offering quest.

You can farm the sun giant as much as you want, the ingots are actually not that bad for weapon/armor crafting as a T3 set.
