Any chance these building pieces are in the game for us to use?

Looks like mostly desert set rendered in a different color. Those are tall (or double?) desert arches. The player created one in game are a different color, more of an orange and they are flat across the top, they don't have the fancy rails. (have not seen that type of railing atop the arches available)

You can look at the items the various traders sell through the guidebook.

You dont get that. Its a normal Quest Location for Deffence Challenge.
No Idea if they add more Building Sets in the future.

No, opening the guidebook and clicking the last tab on the right - Traders.

This, it will give you a list on the left of all the biomes and if you click that you can see what each trader group has. If you are in a location with multiple traders only the one next to a wagon is guaranteed to have everything.

I went through this. Pagodas are a thing.. but ive running into a design delima where If i build a bunch of T2/T3 structures, ill have to tear them down later to build the more neat sstuff and there is no replace function i know about so you literally have to break it all to make new walls.

Correct,

I took some of my rough structure down to add Tudor pieces and it looks good. I made a seperate realm for cooking and built desert there. Once you have your own portals you can make bases in multiple realms, just don't lose the address or reset.

I just hate the load times (no, didnt use SSD, i save that for FPS games or simulators).

It's not the load times and I doubt the SSD or regular drive matters much. It's the busted a$$ server times that take so long. The watch is pretty much always populated and going there is much faster because it doesn't need to wait to be generated. It's still slow but not glacial like player realms are.
