But i believe some schematics are locked behind it, but i am not 100% sure on that.
You can untrack a quest. It won't complete, but you no longer have to look at it on the screen.
I have a lower amount of OCD than most gamers, so I don't complete all quests unless they are part of a progression or have a really good reward. Some are just fun to do, so I do them. The really annoying ones, I'm fine skipping them. So cool you can also see the reward for them ahead of time at the same tab where you untrack it.
Which path did you choose to refuse? At no time does the quest change for me and I went back to Bass after trying a few options but he didn't finish the quest for me on either.
I untracked the quest, but the devs need to come up with a resolution that involves saying no to sasse.
Apologies for coming in late to the party. I've noticed that quest dialogue from your character has a little icon in its top left corner. Though I haven't explored further than telling WS to, essentially, go and get.
