Why? Just why?

- why I must click on food icons on my hotbar then click LMB to eat it? There is no other options except EAT food, so why it cannot be eaten right after pressing 1-0 hotkey?!
- why no crafting queue and smart chain crafting (automatically craft item 3 from item 2 from item 1 from resources)? WTF I must sit on my butt in front of monitor 30 freaking minutes crafting workbenches?! I don't know a single other game with such a trash, time consuming crafting system
- why no essence conversion mechanic? convert t1->t2->t3 and vice versa
- why trees growing inside my house?! yes, I expanded my estate, chopped down trees around it but now they are growing inside my house! And guess what? I cannot chop them down again, because falling trees are doing insane amount of damage and will destroy half of my house and workbenches

What I'm trying to say (some people will blame me that I'm spamming/hating again) is that THOSE ARE BASICS! Basic logic and common sense mechanics which must be implemented in any modern game as well as game menu and settings.

Why didn't you notice that this is an early access game?

You can press F to eat food that is in your hand.

You can also right click any food in your inventory or hotbar and then click consume to eat it.

Yes there is. Do you have any idea how many mistakes that would lead to? Eating food you didn't mean to eat.

Also hold food > consume food is a pretty common thing in first person survival games. In fact, I think they all have this system?

I hope they add in what enshrouded did, let us press a key like left alt to switch to another hotbar set. Or have it swap to our offhand items so we can mouse scrolls that side of the hotbar. So annoying having to press the 7,8,9,0 keys. Same as its annoying having to go into the inventory screen and swap my items out when i want to use the climbing picks or the spyglass. Tedious

The animation is funny when they eat, stuffing it into their mouths. Like calm down you're going to choke.

No, an alpha test is to find critical stuff like this. Early Access is a cheap way to monetize.

I've wasted so many potions to accidental keying that I leave my Q slot empty now while generally travelling around.

- why there is no armor and damage mitigation? In top tier realms (200+) some mobs just one shoting even with 1500hp.

Not obvious, but they have a website where you can provide suggestions. Here is just mainly for players to discuss features.

And right, best done in a helpful kind of way. Although, I was just parroting how your post sounded. If you don't like it, maybe think about how you write your posts?

Biggest issue with no crafting ques is that workbenches have no inventory. Theyd have to add that first. The only game i can think of that has smart crafting (ie you craft one thing, and it autocrafts the components first) is Empyrion. Every other i have played, you have to manually craft the components first.

You really are daft.

The hot bar items equip the item to use.

The Q slot is your quick slot.

Given that food is a buff that lasts for long periods you don't need to eat that often. Don't even really need the items in your hot bar in the first place.

If you really want food to instant eat put it in the Q slot.

There is no essence conversion mechanic because it would be game breaking. That is really obvious.

Trees Growing in your house? that may be a bug... report it. It is Early Access... that is what you do. That is the first I've heard of that though... There aren't basics these are your sad double standard hate threads...
