I was under the impression that portals remain open till you close them?

I finally got my own portal machine.

I put in a dessert card and picked the difficulty.

I go into the portal and I do my thing: clear the Fae Tower, do the mission I had to do and cleared some POIs then needed more healing salve so I TP back home.

Now I notice the portal is closed?? I looked at the machine and the cards are gone.. so.. what the heck?

I never had this issue with the portal that is in my Abeyance realm. I was able to come and go as I pleased.

Also, when you go to the Dessert realm, you absolutely have to eat the pie, the cake, and the cupcakes completely before you can reopen the portal.

I have two at my house now, (you can and should label them and what level they are), and need to build a third so I will remember to go to each of the different biomes for each level, ie., herbarium. Who knew that was a thing. Also, ck out that there might be more than one trader on a map. And of course you still have the main portal game provides you can hoof to.

Ohh this is a good idea. I like the idea of having several for each different biome.

I appreciate everyone's feedback. The button is huge no idea how I missed it lol.
