Whew - yep that fixed it.
Also, the escape key just worked fine for me tho, no need to reload the game or so... So that's weird... but ya, keybindings r messed up especially if u change em, at least for me...
the escape key is a "sometimes" happens thing after portaling... not a always on start.... Yeah hotbar stuff is also weird i noticed mousewheel scroll is now the OPPOSITE direction of what it was pre patch... getting weird swapping main hand tools now....
It was mentioned in the Patch Notes of the last update, so I guess its fixed now.
The reviews are mixed cause people dont know what EARLY ACCESS means....... EXPECT bugs
Those are literally signs of incompetence, people who have no real clue how to set up the Blueprints (I doubt that they are using exclusively C++) for the UI and causing loops to transition into buggy infinite loops.
And may I also throw into this mess, that even ARK had no issues like this, nor any other UE4 and UE5 game to date, as people won't "reinvent" the wheel anew, when stuff is working already good enough without causing any errors or uncomfort.
