Hello,

Is there a way to craft those fire, ice, lightning and poisonous ammo? Or are they just found through loot barrel?

I noticed some balls of lightning in random spots near blessings, they are blue and when you get closer they turn red. Touching them sometimes hurt, other times not... what are they for?

Later you can unlock the ammo recipees.

The diamond shaped blue things are just damage traps to avoid.
Other blue things are switches that open doors, or jump plates, depending on shape.

Yes, recipes can be bought in Ascended Realms (and maybe found)

Yes, you just need to get the blueprint. Off hand, no idea when you get it, maybe 1/2 way through progression, on the ascended realms I think. Sucks you get the blueprint about the time you no longer need it (for the sling gun).

you can find them in Ascended Realms (you get the ascended antiq card which you can use with Forest, Desert and Swamp) each "level" can buy the next one like Ascended Herb, Ascended Gloom

each location has some ammo recipe you can buy. I forgot where and cannot find in google fast enough ;)

note: Sun Giant is very WEAK against Ice bullet (I use ice bullet on Vault boss) and it does like x3 damage to it.
