send me to do him a favour and collect Items for him. I did, and now when i wanna talk to him he says go away i, have a lot do and no Time for you... ? lol Anybody an Idea i have all the Items he ordered. I verified Game Files, and and and

Same problem. Can't find any way to complete the quest. Hopefully someone knows.

Yea. I did some of the quest out of order

One quest I did get the item via trade, but I believe Victor is via the robots trade which I killed a lot for their parts (shame on me) so his quest is bonked for me (he still have ! mark, but I cannot get a quest from him since I finish the main line of opening the portal)

Well, you only need this quest if you are planning "Not to kill everything in this game" quest ;)

sadly, I took out the LARGE robot (the one with a "cape") which got me the part which broke the quest ;) I wanted his part due to material to make better stuff ;)

He spawns at higher difficult realm. I forgot which one

nope Game says it spawns in Astrolabium Dessert, and thats where i am

weird. he is usually spawn near the group of other robots. the only thing I can think of is reset the portal (use same card and check the lower left corner for reset realm)

cause I know I go back once in a while to farm t2 essence and he still spawns which I use my rifle to snip him and then use quake when he get close ;)

This is for the 2nd quest, the Mistbury Oil, which you can trade for with the Bishop. Not the Knight.. who will attack you on sight.

Ah. I kill the whole group so I figure it was the big guy ;) (this is what I get for hoarding resources) of course it started when my NPC goes on a rampage ;)

The Bishop has a Face for a Hat/Skull the Knight has like balls.. I think.. never get much time to look.. then again, noone likes you looking at theirs..

I misunderstood in my original reply, this responce is the generic responce, which likely means you've either completed all missions or haven't. If you think you should be handing in a mission item/s it's probable that you're missing some items or have the wrong items.

I bypassed him and went direct to Nellie. Didn't use him for help getting her requirements.
Then after I went to the Watch, I visited old Vic and had a brief convo that ended right after I told him I already got the items for Nellie.

not possible every item is marked in the right side of the Monitor.

Are all items marked as "Deliver" or as "Get item x"

The first mission he gives, for example asks for Ichor.. it's Petrified Ichor.. not the Bound Ichor.. maybe you made that mistake? I did...

I visited him accidentally and Victor has a !, but I cannot get the quest since I completed the Watch quest line so I did not need his help.

no but smash up his stuff you get some special magical lens that i aint seen anywhere else so far and you need it for one of the augmentations (sanctuary focus) that hasnt had its 3d model done yet and is just a box with a placeholder texture on it

Sanctuary Focus wasn't intended to be in the game. From the latest patch notes:

"Sun Giants no longer unlocks a deprecated feature (Sanctuary Focus)"
