Be aware, it is almost impossible to play with friends. After two hours I could not figure out how to link two microsoft accounts on two different steam accounts (on the same wireless network). Microsoft customer support blames "third parties application" (aka steam) and tells to write to the steam customer support. Well done microsoft :D

I dont recommend this game at all, its just not made right. Your stuck on a donkey in a world. I dont understand it at all. I own Minecraft Java Editon, Bedrock Editon, and dungeons. Refunding the game 100%

I like it ! Sure , removing walls one by one is a pain but you can get around it by placing gates or other similar structures which remove the initial walls , then remove the structure ( the gate in this case )

As for the repetitiveness , the best thing i would recommend is to get the resource upgrades asap because , even if you spend lots of time getting materials , it will be worth it ( destroy the small outposts for quick and easy loot for upgrades )
Replacing golems with the mobs for the army could also enhance the dynamic of the battles you take a part of , the resource gathering upgrades could also help with this thus reducing the 'repetitiveness'
