Report a translation problem
You need to set "Make Everything Bigger" to 100% in the windows display control panel.
This will not let you switch resolutions in-game, but it will make the game display at whatever your desktop is set to.
I had mine at 125% and it would only display at 1080p even though my desktop was at 1440p
Great look on a Microsoft first party game running on the OS they created with such an amateur hour bug that 99% of other games don't have.
This worked, didn't want to mess with permissions on the windowsapps folder, so glad to see this worked.
