Update Issues

Dash Removed
-In my opinion, what makes Farlight different from other BR games is the mobility of its characters. With it gone, it's just like a Walmart version of Valorant, but BR.

Maps not Random
-Now, I've only played a few games, so I can't really say for sure. But for all those games I've played, the new Map keeps getting chosen over and over again across different team sizes. It might be intentional to hype the new map up, but it could also be a recurring bug. In any case, it's sh*t.

Free Characters
-I've unlocked all the characters and I've done them through grinding, it's quite frustrating that a lot of them just became giveaways. I get that it's to hype the update, but you could have at least considered those who were grinding at your game by giving full refund on the characters.

These are the issues I found. Overall, the game went from a 9/10 to 5/10. The game lost its uniqueness: the great mobility of its characters. It was very fun before the update, It wasn't just who had better reflexes and team formation. With the dashes, you could quickly position yourself in various favorable ways. You could literally out-skill better shooters with the dash.

Now Farlight just became a BR version of a Walmart Valorant and other shooting games. Not to mention, Farlight's graphics could not compare to the AAA shooting games.

I guess Farlight got anxious that they might become a dead game and copied whatever was popular from the other games. Farlight got so scared that they scratched whatever was unique to them thinking that it could make them afloat. Farlight now fears innovation, which I think would lead to them becoming a dead game.

Anyway, those are my opinions. The game just released so it is too early to say for sure, who knows? The update might be fire.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add. The passives and other skills that make the characters truly stand out. Like Maggie's roll, where she could quickly reload any gun; Lucinda's passive where she could quickly reload shotguns; Phantom's Headshot, a passive that allows her to deal more damage with headshots, and etc.

I like the new gameplay and look of the game. To each his own.

They should have released another game and leave farlight 84 as it was... 2.0 is not an update, it's an other game.

I have played in the new update (Im a Maggie main) and its just horrible. She gets taken away 2 abilities (the roll ability and faster movement on jetpack use) but everyone else gets a new one? ;-;

The seasonal rewards for ranks are now trash, it was a lot better as it was before since you could get multiple items at an early rank. Now to get a seasonal emote i have to get to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Legend????

I took a while to grind and get several heroes and other items and they took them. I gotta grind again? NO, uninstalling
