Steam Deck Violation detected after the latest patch

I get to the pre game lobby and get kicked right away with Violation Detected and incoming ban if I try to play the game they broke with a patch. On a long vacation,finally found a fun mp game for the deck and then I remembered that its not the 90's when games used to work.

Update3: Now the game crashes after the intro video if I press any button to enter the game. Not sure what changed. I think this one could be on Steam proton updates. in any case, I give up. The frustration is not worth the fun in game.

Update2:Just got the latest patch .16 Im unbanned and no Violation detected message. Played one game all good so far.
thanks to everyone especially Melody for participating on this issue. good job team, we fixed it.

Update: I just got banned because of this issue. I think its a day ban, but be aware and maybe wait for a patch LOL before you try to play again.

yeah same here the game crashes as soon as i try to boot up the game. even tried using proton 8 and srill the same issue hope its fixed soon.

Yup same here with my Steam Deck. Good thing I can play on an Ipad but. I would love it if it's fixed on the deck...
