stuck at 60 fps with frame rate option set to extreme

I suddenly got my game stuck at 60 fps after it worked around 240 fps all the time i can't identify the issue causes. all other games works just fine.

This game works ONLY in 60fps. There will be an update allowing the game to run in 90 fps. I don't know how did you get 240 fps indicator, but it's not the actual game fps.

I got it back I just went into windows advanced settings in windows update and I downloaded all the optional updates. I always run the game on 240 FPS indicator on the bottom left
