What are the controls for the game? if you accidentally skip the tutorial they you can never do one.

I clicked the second option upon first launch of the game and it did not give me a tutorial. now I have no clue what the controls are as there also isn't any option for looking in the settings menu. the game has controller support but again lacks any way to see what which button does what. also that cause a third issue as there is no re-mapping of keys. talk about lack of accessibility.
