can't run on pc

I start the game, I press the start of the game, a background screen saver appears and I can’t click anything further, what should I do?

I have been having similar issues. Game video starts, i press to start the game to load in to my profile, get black screened then it crashes. Iv'e tried looking up way to fix this, verified the integrity of game files and it deleted anti-cheat. Only way i can fix it is to uninstall then re download each time i want to play.

reinstalling it and rebooting my pc seem to have fixed it for now

For some reason the intro video just runs like garbage for everyone, considering this is a mobile game it's really not excusable, best I can suggest is depending on your setup to have the absolute minimum running in the background and just spam click the lower half of your screen as soon as the game boots up to try and skip that video.

I don’t have a black screen, but there is an eternal video and then I can’t click anything, not a new account, not a smartphone account

If you don't have at least 8GB RAM and 3.2 processor speeds I wouldn't even try gaming on PC because most games require that to run even decent, otherwise, you will have a great deal of technical issues. Or... Get stuck playing low spec games, which really aren't worth it at all.
